Prize Giving

On Thursday the hole  school will be having prize giving and kids will be getting awards and will be performing different items. At two o'clock years one to four will be having there prize giving and years five too eight will be having there's at seven o'clock. Maybe someone out of my friends will  be getting an award. School will be almost finish and some year sixes will be seniors next year. CAN'T WAIT.

Cant Wait For 2014

  Next year all year sixes will finally be in intermediate and we get to do more fun things. I'm looking forward to all new sports and harder work and meeting some new students and teachers. Hopefully that the senior block will be up graded and all the classrooms will look much better. The good thing that is some workers will be building new classes rooms  seventeen , sixteen, and eighteen. All senior classes will be having net books and even some year fours and fives.   CANT WAIT FOR 2014!!

I was really glad that  Mr Jacobsen was our coach on the confidence 

course.

Mr Jacobsen who is a very kind guy he was  our coach on the confidence course and we did manage to finish all of the activities.

Peter was our instructor and I was nervous about sailing on camp.

I was nervous about sailing because I wasn’t listening to Peter  and I never sailed before.

On a sunny day with Branded we went abseiling.

We went up the steep hills and the green puffy bushes and went  abseiling with brenden.

Next week  we will be off to camp at Kawau Island for the year six camp. I am looking forward to camp because I want to do lots of activities like , volley ball, rock climbing, and kayaking.

Strange Noises

It was five O'clock in the morning time to Shaun the sheep. Jake and his dad went out to the shed and sorted out where to put the sheep. Dad called the other helpers and got started shearing the sheep. One other sheep was acting a little strange.

Jake could hear some strange noises coming out  from the shed. He ran in looked if one of the sheep were in  trouble, all he can see was sheep waiting in line to get shaun. “ Im over hear ” the voice called out again, Jake was freaking out he ran back in the shed. “ Help help” Jake saw one of the sheep was lying on the ground, it didn’t look to good  Dad came out running from the shed, “ Its time for the poor sheep too set off ”. Jake was feeling bad he needed to know who was whispering.

“ Don’t take him take me” the voice cried out again, Jake went off running following where the noise was coming from. He looked to  his right and it was the sheep lying on the grass and still no one was there.

As the man came with the truck he took the sheep away. “ That was a good sheep  Goodbye” said Jake.

The accident

It was a windy and horrible night, tree branches banging against the window and Jake can’t not go to sleep. He could hear his dog making silly noises and it seems he couldn't handle the breeze outside.

Early in the morning Jake rolled out of his bed and checked in the dogs shed and he wasn't there. Jake went out in the woods searching for his dog with his bike. He was riding so fast  he tumbled over with his bike and he couldn't move. His legs were stuck between the hand bars.

“ Help help said Jake” he heard something coming towards his way and it was the dog. The dog saw he was on the ground and he went off back home and told dad. Few minutes later the dog and dad and the ambulance came running down the hill and they saw Jake on the ground. Kate softly dabbed a towel  on his foot and wrapped his foot with a  bandage.

“ Thanks to the dog for letting us know that Jake was in pain we wouldn't did this without you” said Dad. Jake was sitting on the chair and his little brother had to be his maid.

Few weeks later Jake’s ankle felt much better he told his dog to never run away liked that ever again the dog agreed.

Freezing Night Ever

It was a freezing snowy cold winter day and all the cows were crowded to stay nice and warm. But one other cow went on wondering around trying to look for something to eat. This cow was called Tim, he didn’t know what was going on and he certainly did not know it  was cold.

Things got more out of hand so the farmer put all of the cows in the shed. Tim was left out in the icy cold breeze, and all the other cows were in the cozy warm shed. “ I knew I should've never wandered around I should've stayed with my mates, if I didn’t go off I wouldn’t be here in first of all” I said to myself.

Tim was feeling hesitated and she slowly went off to sleep. The farmer told the dog to double check if any cows were missing inside the shed. , The dog went on searching he notice number thirteen hundred and fifty was missing. He went outside and saw Tim was lying on the ground frozen. “ woof woof” said the dog The farmer came out running and he picked up Tim and laid him across the brown carpet. He turned on the heater and called the vet, but it cost lots and lots of money.

As soon as the vet arrived she put a special medicine in Tim’s mouth and Tim woke up. The farmer was so happy and Tim was thinking he would never do that ever again.

Big Day For Sheep

It was a wonderful sunny and cloudy  spring morning on October. Sally was just chilling out with her friends grazing  through the lovely green grass. Sally and her mates were enjoying the nice warm weather at Molesworth Station.

As Sally was still grazing through the grass she heard something that sounded really familiar. She turned to her right and saw there were the dogs on the four wheeler. Sally was so worried that what was going to happen to them now.

The ewes saw the dogs and they scattered along the grass and waited to see what was the huntaways and eye dogs were going to do to them.

Suddenly the dogs took them in a shed and all the sheep were crowded in a small space. Sally was Terrified, she didn’t know what was going on. She could still hear dogs barking and being noisy.

As Sally walked towards the door she was frightened what was going to happen to her. The shearer grabbed her and flipped her over on to the ground. Sally was trying to escape, and the shearer was shearing the wool off sally. She could hear her friend Chloe screaming and telling the other ewe’s to run.

Finally it was finished the ewe’s felt more better with all that fat hot wool on them.

Now all the ewe’s went off and played and enjoyed the lovely wearther

Maui and The Sun

This is a movie I have created about Maui and the brothers were pukuriri at Te ra because the sun will always go across the sky really fast. One day Maui told the sun to  go across the sky slowly but Te Ra did not listen.

Cross country

“Oh nooo cross country is on right now” I said to my friend “ I been waiting for ages until cross country was coming up and I'm sure that I have practice a lot since these past few weeks” I said excitedly . While sitting in line for the eleven year old girls turn to run the team captains were doing their team chants in front of everybody. “ Hey Jordenne  I bet  matatua is going to win this year because we have the fast people” I said “ Not even I reckon its going to be Tainui” said Jordenne.

It was finally the eleven year old girls turn to run, standing behind the line I could hardly wait until Mr Burt to say go. “GO GO” said My Burt, I quickly shot out like a rocket ship and I recognized I was coming second and my friend was coming first. While I was running there were huge puddles and lots of people were slipping.

Suddenly I was slowing down because I was puffed out and I was coming forth, when I heard the supporters from the sideline screaming  my name, So that's when I speeded  a little.

I was finally where Miss King was and off I went under the finish line and Mrs Flavelle told me I came forth place.

The Three Little Pigs

Once upon a time there were three little pigs who always lived with their mother. But one  day they no longer lived together because there were old enough.

The first little piglet wern’t  that clever and  went asking people for hay. So the little piglet asked a lovely old lady and lented the hay and some money hand to hand. The piglet went to find a shady spot to build his house and made a excellent start to finish.

Suddenly a big harry ugly wolf said to the piglet “ let me in little pig before I’ll blow your house down said wolf ” “ Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet”. So the ugly wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew the house away and he ate the little piglet for afternoon tea.

Then the second piglet that was quite clever decided to make his house out of sticks. So the little piglet went to buy some sticks off a man and got started making his house. Then the big bad wolf can smell bacon and said to the piglet “ little pig little pig let me in” “ not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet”. “ Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll huff and blow your house down. Then the big bad wolf ate the little piglet and had a really fat tummy and had blood everywhere on his mouth and hands.

Then the third piglet was much brainier than the other  two were and had cost lots of money. The little piglet made his house out of bricks and took him a long time to build. After all of that the little piglet made a brilliant brick house. Then the ugly wolf came knocking on the door and said “ little pig little pig let me in said the harry wolf”  Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet” “ then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and blow your house down”. But he did not manage to blow that house down, So the big bad wolf climbed up the roof and he decided to go down the chimney. The wolf did not know that little piglet put a big pot of boiling water down the chimney. So he  slowly went  down the chimney and burned his bottom and little piglet cooked the wolf for dinner.

And little piglet lived happily ever after!!!

Last day of school

Finally it was school holidays I was waiting all this term for a break time!!!  Today we had an  assembly and we had lovely guessed that came to our school. Some student's from Tamiki College came and perform at out school.  Even some Duffy people, How kind for them for giving each classroom books. Hopefully we have a great time in the holidays!!!!!! 

Scary Dolls

Walking down the path on my way home I could hear something suspicious coming  from my friends house. I quickly turned and ran and went to see what was going on. I opened the gate and saw nothing  just the ripped dolls and teddy bears. I went inside and I could see knives and broken glass everywhere.

I tiptoed quietly down the hallway and try not to make any noise.

I opened up the door and I saw my friends dad tied up with ropes and sellotape around his body. I hurtled down the living room and I could see DOLLS WALKING across the kitchen!!! I gasped and ran outside and I saw my friend Rosie on the ground locked up with handcuffs. She was really surprised I found her, I was standing beside the window and I saw the dolls there were name tags one was called lalaloopsy I was scared because one of them were holding a knife.

I quietly picked up the phone and dialed my dad’s phone number. Five minutes later my dad arrived he got his net out of his van. While he was doing that I went and untied Rosie’s dad, The he help me break out of rosie’s handcuffs. My dad came out of the kitchen with heaps of dolls wrapped around the net. Then Rosie and her dad invited me and my father to rosie’s Birthday party!!!!

Feeling Awful

Coughing really loud my Nana heard and said”You shouldn't go to school, I've been hearing you cough all night long”.

“ Please Nana I really want to go to school” I replied while trying to not cough.

My Nana shook her head and went to get me some medicine. She went to the fridge and grabbed it. I heard footsteps and it was her, then I went and layed on the bed covering the blanket over me.

She walked towards me and threw the blanket away and shouted “Drink the medicine”  My Nana moved closer and got the spoon filled with medicine. I opened my mouth wide and drank it.

Slowly I swallowed it.....”YUK!” I shouted. It was so disgusting. I wonder if it will make me feel better......?

Homesick singer by Meleane and Hannah

“Ok Sachi I am going to tell you a little story about a home sick singer who gets caught in quicksand.” I said. “YAY! but who's the singer?” Sachi excitedly shouted. “you’ll find out when I tell you the story.” I silently said.

Once there was a famous singer nammmmmmed” well I was trying to tell the story Sachi gasped. “Chris Brown” I said quickly. Sachi laughs “ Are you serious. Why can’t it be one of the One Direction boys or Justin Beiber?. “Because I’m telling the story”. “So can I finish?” I said.

“ So chris brown was sick and he was in bed forever! But then he wanted to go outside to get some fresh air. Then he saw all this sand in his front yard and then he coughed “ What the? why is there all this sand in front of my house.” and then some sand came in his eyes then he fell in the sand. “NO!” Sachi said scaredly.

But then Hannah and Meleane came to the rescue! Saved Chris and and went home. “ahhh!” I said in my own buzz. “DO YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON CHRIS BROWN?” Sachi said seriously. “ewwww no!” I said. “ I'm telling everyone!!

Meeting Will I am

It was so amazing because we had a very exciting visitor that came from Los Angeles and from a Government housing. He is a very special guest  from Black Eyed Peas and his name is Wil.l.i.am.

He donated one hundred thousand dollars for our school because he wants to help children by his charity called I am Angel. He has love for humanity. He grew up in a poor neighbourhood and he did not know his dad and his mother had no job.

Meleane the Bad pirate

“Arrrrrr me hearties I said to my peeps,” wondering if someone was going to answer me. I searched around the smelly dirty ship and no one was there. I looked inside one of the rooms and there were three shiny pile of gold  I leaped out the door and raced back before someone would spot me.

I looked out to sea and saw pirates swimming in the dark blue salty water. I rushed down to sea and capture their brand new clothes and there towel  I quickly ran into my room  and put it under my bed. Looking at there faces are so hilarious makes me want to stand here and laugh all day.

Suddenly it was getting dark  so I went to bed and  waited for another bad day.
