Measuring

In our maths group we measured how long would it be if a shark was one meter long. Here is a photo I have drawled with chalk outside my classroom.

The Three Little Pigs

Once upon a time there were three little pigs who always lived with their mother. But one  day they no longer lived together because there were old enough.

The first little piglet wern’t  that clever and  went asking people for hay. So the little piglet asked a lovely old lady and lented the hay and some money hand to hand. The piglet went to find a shady spot to build his house and made a excellent start to finish.

Suddenly a big harry ugly wolf said to the piglet “ let me in little pig before I’ll blow your house down said wolf ” “ Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet”. So the ugly wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew the house away and he ate the little piglet for afternoon tea.

Then the second piglet that was quite clever decided to make his house out of sticks. So the little piglet went to buy some sticks off a man and got started making his house. Then the big bad wolf can smell bacon and said to the piglet “ little pig little pig let me in” “ not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet”. “ Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll huff and blow your house down. Then the big bad wolf ate the little piglet and had a really fat tummy and had blood everywhere on his mouth and hands.

Then the third piglet was much brainier than the other  two were and had cost lots of money. The little piglet made his house out of bricks and took him a long time to build. After all of that the little piglet made a brilliant brick house. Then the ugly wolf came knocking on the door and said “ little pig little pig let me in said the harry wolf”  Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin squeaked the little piglet” “ then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and blow your house down”. But he did not manage to blow that house down, So the big bad wolf climbed up the roof and he decided to go down the chimney. The wolf did not know that little piglet put a big pot of boiling water down the chimney. So he  slowly went  down the chimney and burned his bottom and little piglet cooked the wolf for dinner.

And little piglet lived happily ever after!!!

Last day of school

Finally it was school holidays I was waiting all this term for a break time!!!  Today we had an  assembly and we had lovely guessed that came to our school. Some student's from Tamiki College came and perform at out school.  Even some Duffy people, How kind for them for giving each classroom books. Hopefully we have a great time in the holidays!!!!!! 

Scary Dolls

Walking down the path on my way home I could hear something suspicious coming  from my friends house. I quickly turned and ran and went to see what was going on. I opened the gate and saw nothing  just the ripped dolls and teddy bears. I went inside and I could see knives and broken glass everywhere.

I tiptoed quietly down the hallway and try not to make any noise.

I opened up the door and I saw my friends dad tied up with ropes and sellotape around his body. I hurtled down the living room and I could see DOLLS WALKING across the kitchen!!! I gasped and ran outside and I saw my friend Rosie on the ground locked up with handcuffs. She was really surprised I found her, I was standing beside the window and I saw the dolls there were name tags one was called lalaloopsy I was scared because one of them were holding a knife.

I quietly picked up the phone and dialed my dad’s phone number. Five minutes later my dad arrived he got his net out of his van. While he was doing that I went and untied Rosie’s dad, The he help me break out of rosie’s handcuffs. My dad came out of the kitchen with heaps of dolls wrapped around the net. Then Rosie and her dad invited me and my father to rosie’s Birthday party!!!!

Feeling Awful

Coughing really loud my Nana heard and said”You shouldn't go to school, I've been hearing you cough all night long”.

“ Please Nana I really want to go to school” I replied while trying to not cough.

My Nana shook her head and went to get me some medicine. She went to the fridge and grabbed it. I heard footsteps and it was her, then I went and layed on the bed covering the blanket over me.

She walked towards me and threw the blanket away and shouted “Drink the medicine”  My Nana moved closer and got the spoon filled with medicine. I opened my mouth wide and drank it.

Slowly I swallowed it.....”YUK!” I shouted. It was so disgusting. I wonder if it will make me feel better......?
